Well, the commandments of satanism encourages ego-stroking behaviour. It also compares humans to animals which I may, partially agree with. However, following basic drives and instincts will be destructive in the end. Most of the world thinks like this which is why we have so many falling out of society. I'd like to compare satanism to NT-ism.

Satanism gives the illusion of serving the individual and building up a strength of the self.
Real joy however, can be found in making others happy. Satanism detaches one from his surroundings and pushes people away with arrogance. I once had the idea that a lonely life didn't bother me. Needless to say it didn't take me long to find out that no one is happy alone.

However, such ethic questions are a matter of preference and differ from individual to individual. But my opinion is that, without empathy, society is not going to be a nice place to be. And satanism is the opposite pole to empathy.

Empathy is fine but even it needs to be moderated. We cant place empathy on every single persons problems.

I'm alone and am I happy? Well, as happy as one can be without someone else there to share it with. I have my highs, my lows, and they get further and further apart.

There are portions to Satanism I agree on, but 'crushing' those who stand in your way isnt one of them. If you dont want to be crushed, you've no right TO crush

LaVey is BS. His dogma is almost as destructive as radical Islam or christian fundamentalism.
The concept of "Satanism plus rules" is an oxymoron. You might as well just play with a little girl's religion such as wicca. LaVey was a f*ing ret*d NT. *digging his grave up before proceeding to defecate and urinate all over his quasi-xtian-fundie skeleton*

I'm into wicca, and I'm not a little girl. :x Actually, as a matter of fact, my view of the deities is like Lavey's concept of Satan. I feel that the God and Goddess, are symbolic personafications of nature. Only paganism is Right hand path, while satanism is Left hand path.
