Gun sales spike in the US

After that recent school shooting, I read some of the comments from gun advocates at news websites like CNN and Yahoo saying the absolute last place you'll get shot is at a gun show. :lmao:

Mostly it will be existing gun owners buying more guns. Either for hoarding or hobbyists... or speculators who think they can turn a buck if things get rarer.

I've been to a lot of gun shows. Driving to them is always more dangerous.
Right now gun shows are packed so therefor the chance of an AD (Accidental Discharge) increases in proportion.
We had one AD at a big gun show in the next county over but no one got hurt. The state troopers arrested that guy on the spot since loaded guns in any gun show are strictly prohibited.

Actually there are a lot of first time buyers getting them, too.
They figure they'd better while the getting is good.
Personally, I can't see much in the form of legislation being passed. It would be career suicide for politicians from most states worth living in.

FYI we have rival gangs in the UK but there is no such bootleg firearms market despite guns being illegal. The empirical experience suggests you are incorrect.

The only exception was the IRA who had the knowledge to build homemade sub machine guns but those boys were operating on an entirely different level to the crips and the bloods.

I realise that, but the ones with the ability to develop ballistic rockets arent the ones languishing in inner city ghettos like Harlem with incomplete educations. Unless there is a 'hood' at cape canaveral I am unaware of.
