The various forms of murder have been in decline for hundreds of years.

Talkies and TV have not caused a spike in killing.

Local news, our murder rate is about one a day, and 99% Black on Black.

Almost all of our property crime is done by Blacks. Most is Black on Black.

Since organ transplants have become possible, it has turned into a thriving industry.

Our local hospitals have become world leaders in transplants, because we have a constant stream of raw material.

Reality is what still exists even if you do not believe in it, and pass laws against it.

Just because it's not legally defensible in the Supreme Court doesn't mean that the same people who made those crappy water fountains evaporate into nothing like vampires when the sunlight hits them.

Well, I was mocking the stupidity of the lamentation about streets named after MLK being so bad off, but really, all MLK day comes to be is a day for minorities to whine about how there is "so much more to do" but the rest of they year they sit on their butts and expect someone else to do it.

Remember the backlash that Bill Cosby got for criticizing the black community for NOT doing enough to change their own lot in life? He's a man who had nothing and made something of his life...always advocating the importance of hard work, education and taking responsibility for your choices.

2010 homicide data from FBI:

Offenders: 53.1 percent black, 44.60 percent white, 2.3 percent other races.
Victims: 50.4 percent black, 47.0 percent white, 2.6 percent other races.

Another look from 2011 - only arrest data (no victim data):

Murder and non-negligent manslaughter: 48.0 percent white, 49.7 percent black
Property crimes: 68.1 percent white, 29.5 percent black

Sweet generalization. That's not racist at all.

Why? It's no worse than some of the loonyness and trollery the left has been preaching the past few days. One of them wants to BAN libertarianism.
Do you hate Bill Cosby, too?

I'm actually quite fond of Bill Cosby, as I grew up with Fat Albert (couldn't stand The Cosby Show, though, as it just wasn't funny, despite the laugh track).
And when have I ever advocated banning libertarianism? One of my closest friends at my church is a libertarian - though he and I get on so well because our mutual Christianity tempers his libertarianism and my liberalism.
But as to the Why: that's because attacking someone's politics is one thing, attacking their race and ethnicity is quite another. That last isn't a choice, and is indeed who and what they are.

But I bet you wouldn't openly disagree with one of your own when the openly advocate banning libertarianism.

And would it be the same if it were an attack on whites based only on race?

My point was that MLK carried a gun himself, so he clearly did not have a problem with them, and that raising a stink over holding a gun raffle on his holiday was therefore ridiculous, it's just trouble-making for it's own sake.

Funny little story about honoring Mr.King in Arkansas.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robert_%22Say%22_McIntosh
It's just my opinion they could have raffled something more appropriate to honor Mr.King.

In answer to your two questions -
How do you know I wouldn't?
And...
Yes, I would.

I can go back find several over the top anti-conservative and anti-libertarian posts made by some rather vitriolic liberals that you seemed not to notice or object to.

He carried guns for his own protection during the 1950s, when many white people wanted to kill him.

He did, however, have a problem with guns, and gun violence.

Holding a gun-raffle on his holiday is trouble-making for its own sake.

Just because I didn't speak up when my fellow liberals on WP have made anti-libertarian statements hardly means that I or even they want to see libertarianism outlawed.
