What would the women do if they get sexually frustrated due to lack of sex with a man? Would that just fuel their rage and aggression and prompt them to invade male villages and rape men?

They can't do anything because the Upholders created a state-of-the-art border patrol system between The Western and Easter Zones to guarantee there will never be another war between men and women and the human species will not become extinct. It has 100% accuracy. Anyone who crosses is instantly disintegrated within moments of accessing the other zone. Each person is fitted with specialized chips at birth they cannot remove without killing themselves in the process and they are easy to detect by the Upholder's drones. Before they cross, they get warnings in the No-Person's-Protected-Area which is only inhabited by wild beasts creating a 1,800 mile total buffer zone on each side of the border. The warnings advise them to turn back and if they do not, they will either get eaten by wolves, bears or Mountain Lions and if they do happen to make it through all of these, the drones destroy them the second they cross the border anyway.

How will they multiply? Is a mans semen used as currency to the women and as a peace offering to the womans side to ensure the human race continues to exist? Or.

When they reach the age of 25 each woman is assigned a mate from the other zone by the Upholders and they get two tries to successfully mate and if they cannot produce a zygote in two tries, the woman undergoes artificial insemination with her partner's harvested sperm and if she cannot conceive, the Medical Team finds out why and treats her so she can be artificially inseminated. If a man or woman cannot medically reproduce for some reason, it's no big deal to the Upholders, they just toss them back in their Zone and they go about their lives. The Upholders do everything they can to not create any drama in either zones for fear it will push the fragile human psyches into turmoil and chaos, causing them to become combative and destructive so every measure is taken, both medically and psychologically to ensure that each zone functions optimally at all times. The Science Team has researched it in earnest, and they have figured out the mystery to human complacency and productivity so you see, society in each zone is 100% optimal in productivity.

Each man and woman produces one child every five years. Multiples are not allowed artificially so usually there are only twins and a rare set of triplets.
Most births are a single fetus. The men and woman's cycle is forty-five years then they retire from reproduction. So, from ages 25-45 each couple produces four offspring.

They can only form attachments to their own sex because they hardly ever get to see anyone of the opposite. The men are surrounded by men in their zone, the women with women in theirs.
If a woman has a girl baby she is raised in the Western Zone.
If she has a boy, he is raised in the Eastern Zone.
If a woman has twins, one girl and one boy, the girl is raised in the Western Zone with her and the women. The boy is raised by the father and other men.

The gay men's would look the best, because stereotypes.

The video could be reminiscent of the Western Zone. Remember the women are not with the men except a couple of times every five years and that's only if they can conceive the normal way. The populations in both zones are strictly contained thanks to the vision of the Eekers and The Treaties. The Upholders strictly enforce it. They have full power and relish it. Their power is keeping the sexes separate and controlling the population through reproductive rights.
Men and women in The Zones are never allowed the opportunity to fall in love because The Treaties of The Eekers have outlawed it. A huge fight between a warring husband and wife is what led to the initial conflict! It must never happen again! The Upholders are sworn to prevent such situations from ever arising. The Eekers firmly believe the concept of love leads to the subversion and sequential destruction of civilization. The All Encompassing War Between The Sexes taught them this!

Upholder drones have found a way around this.

The No-Person's-Protected-Area is for wild beasts ONLY no humans.
People with ambiguous genitalia are treated at birth. They are given DNA tests first. Depending on the results, they are medically treated and are placed in the appropriate zone.

What if some people from both sides decided to live in the no protection zone and become feral and befriend the wild animals? And establish tribes and such?

The women would have nice homes constructed courtesy of the lesbians. And men would have their homes tastefully decorated by homosexual men. Looks like a wash.
