Obama lies about Benghazi
Sophisticated military equipment has been given to Al Qaeda, we're not talking about some old Cold War era AK47s. They have spent a billion dollars arming these groups in Libya and they were in the process of trying to collect this equipment from militants in Libya to send to Turkey on to Al Qaeda terrorists in Syria, the very same ones were killing our troops in Iraq for a decade before.

How exactly is this a surprise? Every political figure in DC against supplying arms to Libya brought up this likelihood, but too many couldn't see past the fact that half of the groups of rebels were militant extremists. And shortly after, we had many of those same people clamoring for sending in troops to Syria or supplying arms to the rebels, most of whom are part of some of the most extremist militant groups in the region.
That's the whole problem with thinking that the enemy of my enemy is my friend.

And if that's true that the embassy was a CIA black site, do you honestly believe the President or Secretary of State are always going to be informed? I'll remind you of how, while Kennedy had taken responsibility for the Bay of Pigs disaster, he privately said the CIA had run operations counter to his orders, and knowing that the Cuban exiles couldn't realistically overthrow Castro, the CIA had tried to manipulate him into launching an American military attack. Or how Clinton had publicly stated how the CIA had mustered resistance to American marines in Haiti, in support of the right wing government there that the agency had been propping up for years. The CIA has often had it's own agenda, and more than once, it has not only operated in the black - even regarding the President and his cabinet - but may even run counter to official policy.

Kennedy was an honorable man who took responsibility for the Bay of Pigs, the Obama administration blamed a Youtube video.(the man who made that video was sent to prison by the way) I do not believe that Hillary didn't know what the CIA was doing in Libya, I think it was deliberate US policy to arm militants in Libya as a calculated risk to achieve their greater foreign policy goal of overthrowing Muammar Gaddafi. The same was going to be true in Syria with Bashar al-Assad. They're not so stupid, they knew they were giving these weapons to some bad guys but we live in world of realpolitik and there is no good or evil to them. It's all a game to them and they're playing for global hegemony.
Obama's lasting foreign policy legacy, the Obama doctrine if you will, is a policy of plausible deniability thru the avoidance direct confrontation. They back these supposed student-led "democracy movements", seize some central square, ally themselves with extremists, these extremists then engage in violent street battles with security services, and when the state responds in kind the US declares their government illegitimate. They applied the lessons they learned in the failed Green Revolution in Iran and Egyptian Revolution that resulted in the overthrow of in the US-backed Honsi Mubarak successfully in Libya and attempted the same in Syria and now Ukraine. The US is a lot more afraid of a strong independent nationalist leader than they are Islamic terrorists or right-wing paramilitaries(such as the ones that we are seeing being utilized by the Maidan government in Ukraine), those groups are a lot easier to keep in a box and control.
The CIA should be abolished along with the NSA and DHS but I'm sure if there ever was a president or politician that could seriously challenge the American Deep State, you'd see the meet a similar fate as President Kennedy.
Benghazi, Benghazi, Benghazi, Benghazi.
Fox News says to look at Benghazi so Republicans march right to the whistle. Follow along now, because Hillary is kicking every Republican candidate in the caboose.
Benghazi, Benghazi, Benghazi. Fox News says Benghazi, so it must be Benghazi. Good gravy people. It has nothing to do with Benghazi. Don't you get it yet?
It has nothing to do with American lives or George Bush would be in prison. It has to do with finding something. ANYTHING!!, to discredit Hillary . Obama is secondary to Hillary. You goobers are so shallow.

I think khaoz has offered a very sound response.
And while I believe there was a conspiracy to kill Kennedy, and that it had grown out of the CIA's operations (regarding the Anti-Castro operations, to be precise), I think his death was more a matter of a happy accident for the survival of the CIA, rather than the impetus for his assassination.

How is dismissing it a "sound response"? Would you even care if the Obama administration was arming Al Qaeda and maintaining a torture prison? We already know that they do this, so the question is to was it happening at that Benghazi annex and was that the reason that Obama administration didn't send help and tried to cover it up? To me that is an impeachable offense but then again so was the whole illegal war in Libya to begin with.

As I understand it, the nearest help was hours away, and so their arrival would hardly have been in time. And the US government arms Al Qaeda? Hardly intentionally, as we had an interest in arming the Libyan rebels - and Qaddafi it should not be forgotten was in fact a sponsor of terrorism himself. And then there's the fact that Republicans don't care to address - how the House had denied funding for strengthening embassy defenses. If anything, that withholding of funds may have very well been what led to the deaths at Benghazi.

We already know that Obama new about this and that he could have sent in troops who were 2 hours away during the 8 hour event.

Considering how much of their funding comes from drug trafficking and other incredibly illegal activities, yeah, I'd say they're not huge fans of executive oversight.

It's just too bad that when Hillary requested funding to increase security around the complex before all of this happened the Republican led Congress denied the request saying that there was no money for this increased security.
The CIA annex and "diplomatic mission" in Benghazi wasn't an American embassy so that is irrelevant, it was a rented villa.
Christopher Steven's involvement in the CIA should be more explored, it doesn't seem like he was some ordinary ambassador. What was the CIA doing in Benghazi?

If there's an oil company operating in a country, then the CIA is almost certainly using it as a front, as of all industries, oil companies are the last to be denied entrance into most countries. How do you figure oil man George Bush Sr. got into the agency. As Libya is an oil rich country, I have no doubt the CIA had been there for a long time.

They played it up for than just a few days. sorry. It was a few months and they knew from the beginning the attack had nothing to do with a youtube video that was already a year old at the time.
It did have something to do with the video, which was just broadcast all over the cable channels in the Middle East. As soon as they knew it wasn't just a spontaneous attack they said as much.
