Also, if anyone wants evidence of continuing racism, here it is:

Lots of white people like to talk about the need to stockpile guns and ammunition (and to actually stockpile them), implying that they might need to gun down government employees some time in the future. As evidence, they already mention how the government is corrupt and oppressive beyond fixing.

Then we see that many black communities have tense relationships with the police and it is clear there are problems of trust (like that discussed in the paragraph about white people), but what do most of these same white people do regarding this? They generally dismiss the claims and concerns of the black communities and tell them that they just need to obey the police.

There's definitely an attitude in the white community of "for me, but not for thee."

Beating diabetes, especially if you catch it early, isn't rocket science. I have type 2 diabetes, and I managed to get it under control by cutting out fast food, oil soaked foods such as fried food, and wheat, and most sugar. The thing is, I haven't lost a whole lot of weight, I still have an ugly belly, but my diabetes and blood pressure are under control with dietary changes. (I'm still autistic, though. Sorry, goldfish21.) I know that Deep Southerners love their fried chicken, but it's not that good for you.

The bad thing about diabetes, which I said to an old pig farmer I know that was just diagnosed with it, is that it gets real expensive, real fast.

For the record, I'm white and I firmly and honestly believe that all of that military surplus hardware that's being handed over to cops should instead be handed over to the people who the cops oppress.

But then again I also want to eviscerate me a cop with my bare hands and teeth.
