Not wanting to point out the obvious but Canada has free healthcare like the UK, Australia and NZ. The US is the only English speaking country in the world where people die because they can't afford hospital care.

the right wing considers that a feature and not a defect, it is for the purpose of keeping the working class sick and unlikely to fight back after getting stepped on by the higher classes.

The Canada don't have a president, though the British monarch is technically the head of state and represented in Canada by the Governor General(Who is... some guy... Yeah, even Canadians rarely remember his name because he's mostly a figurehead.), the holder of much the state power is the Prime Minister. (Currently Justin Trudeau)

Usually I do not blame a person for actions of supporters. But there are always exceptions to the rules. When the candidate says I wish I could punch a protester in the face and in the good old days protesters like were dragged out in a stretcher the candidate bears partial responsibilty. Stuff like this happened at McCain rallies but McCain discouraged it. But that was soo 2008, this is 2016 and that is proof McCain is a loser.

Warning to soldiers in the Trump administration, do not get captured unless you want to be treated like the Vietnam Vets when they returned.

Amen. The comment really stunk to high heaven considering Trump was a draft dodger and didn't have the balls to serve.

Sure it was peaceful, till a trumpateer threw a sucker punch, a very cowardly act to hit someone when they aren't even looking.
Bulies like Mr. Trump, and bullies like Mr. Trump won't throw a punch if they think they can't get away with it.

Never! If Mr. Trump gets elected, expect to see more jack-booted repression of Free Assembly, Free Press, and Free Speech.

And all that guy was doing is peacefully protesting which we have the right to do, I suppose from the right we can expect nothing less then use of force when they hear something they don't like. How does one deserve to get punched because they don't follow your candidate?

People on the left are allowed to oppose politics and candidates they don't agree with, without facing physical assualt, just like you right wingers are. Hate to break it to you.

I think you also need to really evaluate if you're bitterness towards 'the left' is going to effect your ability to treat 'all' your patients. I mean I get it you support trump...but that you support violence used against those who don't is scary considering your line of work.

Yeah and I am sure you'd like to see Trump dressed up as Hitler, screaming rhetoric while his brown shirts go around beating up anyone who doesn't look right as well, so you have fun with that.

Some if the protesters have been violent. But you let police and secret service handle it not encourage vigilantism. Some vigilantism is justified lets say in an area where authorities are overwhelmed. This is not the case at a rally of a leading presidential candidate.

These posts are in black and white and probably will be here for years......

GO TRUMP! GO TRUMP! GO TRUMP!

I think plenty of reasonable people will vote for Trump in the heat of the moment, I'm just saying when the dust settles and there's a Trump presidency these same people will regret their decision, like a hangover from a really wild party....

Actually, I'll be fine if Cruz gets in. Either of those two. I will never regret any vote I make that will get out the thing we have in there right now. Someone has got to save this country before it goes belly up.

I heard on the radio today that the Canadian president believes in all the same things as Mr. Aw. Like hell we're going to leave becuse you want us to.Try and make us.As for "we don't want you here,"more like YOU don't want us here simply becuse we are Americans with a different political view.If you haven't figured it out yet, that's what has always made America great. The fact we can have different political opnions. We can freely speak them, protest them if we see fit,and not have to worry about getting shot in the head because ours may vary from yours. You don't like freedom of speech very much do you?You want a dictator, not a President.
You do know that the Pledge of Allegiance was wrote by a Socialist? Regardless of what you think, you can be American and a Socialist.

I sort of worry she might smother the poor on welfare with a pillow,a Death camp nurse.

I still have my doubts that he'll stay the course. In the meantime it's fun to watch progressives wringing thier hands and screaming about the sky falling.

I think you are missing the greater picture here. And it is not just 'progressives' that see it.

His pathological ego will never let him back out. He is eating up every moment and every ounce of power he can get.

Remember that time I said I'd vote for Trump just to spite Hilary in the general election. Oh boy. Hilary might evolve to match popular ideas, but the nice thing is if she becomes the POTUS she'll have to act more "Bernieish" or face the wrath of the people. Trumps gotta go down, just to spite his clan.

And where exactly are you seeing these progressives wringing their hands and screaming about the sky falling? That would imply we all think Trump is going to win......pffft. If he wins he'll only make things worse, but its a pretty big If I still have hope for Bernie and it would seem many others do as well. Perhaps I overestimate fellow americans this time around but I think its possible they'll elect Bernie and let Trump fume and fizzle out.

Its the trumpkins acting as though the sky is falling, such as punching those who disagree... and defending violence against people who express their rights to free speech and peaceful assembly.
