I've voted for Pedro. He seemed more qualified than anybody else on the list, and I relate to him more.

Because of my deathly negative view on the future, voting for a candidate is like choosing would I rather die this way or that way.

I'll let you guess who I voted for based on this.

I'd rather be drenched in BBQ sauce and pushed into a swimming pool filled with hungry sharks than have my legs broken and my body strapped to a chair while a needle is stuck into my veins letting all my blood drip through a long rubber tube onto the floor.

You may as well have voted Clinton then. Why not Stein?

I went with Clinton. If Trump carries the day, then that tells me Americans have it coming to them. Unfortunately, that also means my family and friends will be dragged along into the abyss.

Well, for-the-most-part, I stayed-up all-night----kept falling asleep, though; but, I saw all the important parts, including the 244 / 209 announcement (then I fell-asleep), the 248 / 218 announcement, the notice of Hillary's concession call, Vice President-elect Mike Pence's acceptance speech and introduction of the President-elect, and President-elect Trump's acceptance speech (which was very humble, IMO----he even thanked the Secret Service and NYC cops; I thought that was decent). Here's a couple of my thoughts, right now.....

I would not be a BIT surprised if President-elect Trump is an Aspie----ESPECIALLY, as I've said before, I would bet almost anything that his son Barron, IS (IMO, why PE Trump was involved in Autism stuff).

I work very hard for a living, and have not much to show for it, while other people get fat. My mind, and body pains me. I'm sure no matter who I vote for, that will never change. It never has, and I don't vote for women. Something about a womans scorn. I get abused by it, and they seem to screw up the end game for me. A woman like that... All I see is a mouthy, happy, jelly doughnut. It surely conflicts with my past.

When was the last time America was under Republican rule?

8 years ago. 2001-2009. during which our economy crashed and we spent a trillion, murdered a million and lost 4000 soliders on a war we were lied into.

The last time the Republican Party controled the Presidency, The House of Representatives, and The Senate was between March 4, 1929 and March 4, 1931. I sincerely hope this time it goes better, that period was highlighted by the stock market crash and the beginning of the Great Depression.

The Democrates took control of the Senate during the second half of President Herbert Hoover's term.

March 4th not January 20th was inauguration day back then. That was a relic from the beginning of the Republic when representatives had to travel by horse to get to the capital.
