If the U.S invades Sweden than I will join Sweden, I mean sure treachery but if this senerio actually happened I would surrender to Sweden and serve them instead I'd rather be on that side so yeah.

And hopefully they will accept my surrender on account of my love for swedish metal bands.

Germany as it is today wouldn't be much of a match for us. They're still wallowing in that German guilt thing and pretending to be nice and civil and all that s**t. Hopefully they'll snap out of it during this century so maybe, just maybe, the yoots of both the US and Germany will some day experience the joy and honor of shooting at each other just like in the good old days.

The modern-day war with Germany that I mentioned would be more of a commemorative event than anything. Just the same, we'd leave Europe totally in ruins just because we're bullies and we can do as we please.

Yes, Russia would be a more worthy opponent for us but would probably end up going nuclear before it was all over. Personally, I'd pepper the entire eastern hemisphere with ICBM's before I gave an inch to them. Again, that's just me and I outed myself as a genocidal maniac years ago so no surprises there.

Speaking of Japan; at an air show here a few years ago they flew in that B-29, FiFi, and i got to tour her. They even let me sit in the bombardier seat in the nose. They said for like $1400 or whatever I could sit there while they went flying. I almost went for it but then changed my mind. I told them with a straight face that for that much dough I'd only do it if we could fly off of Saipan and I could drop a real nuke on Nagasaki or Hiroshima. Even Tokyo for all I care. They laughed nervously and said it was nice meeting me, which meant they wanted me to leave. I kept a straight face until I was back down on the tarmac, then laughed my ass off.

You would miss out the goodies and loots.

I mean ...they have all of the Bush-Cheney-Rumsfeld excuses to do it!

1) we certainly need a regime change here.

2) We certainly have nukes.

3) We tried to kill their prime minister (like Saddam tried to kill the elder bush). Well..we didn't really do that. But if Bush can pin 9-11 on nonexistent Iraqi terrorist, then Sweden can just as easily declare the US guilty of killing that Olaf guy with out the benefit of any logic or evidence!

What? No. They might need help if the "refugees" keep destroying their nation, but we don't need to start a war with them, that would be silly.

Their nation is not being destroyed to my knowledge, that's more fear mongering than reality.

No-go zones and rape gangs sounds like it's turning out "well" there, but yeah it must only be fear mongering for some reason. Nations like Poland were right to say no to the subversion. As it is, I think the EU would be playing a long game, building up public discontent over a religion of brutality to overthrow religious freedom in general, then they'll hunt down anyone religious in general pretending they're just as bad as the violent muslims. It will be state persecution of Christianity by Rome again, after they dealt with their constructed problem of allowing west-hating immigrants be put amongst people they are religiously taught to hate.

I didn't say there weren't any problems, I just don't think those problems mean the entire country is being 'ruined' in its entirety. Also, yes I've seen fear mongering about it from right wing american sites, that couldn't even be sourced to anything specific in the news there. I don't see Sweden changing its laws to reflect sharia law or being totally overrun by immigrants...nor that every immigrant is a religious extremist.

I also don't think this state persecution of Christianity is very likely.

The murder rate in Sweden continues to oscillate back and forth between 2 and 4 murders per 100K population as it has since 1993, and probably since statistics began to be collected, although I don't have those figures to hand, but the line certainly looks fairly stable over decades.

So near as I can tell the country is not descending into a lawless anarchy.

Would they wipe out all our debt, give us modern advanced military equipment and rebuild our nation with the best technology and buildings available? Sounds great. I’ll make a claim my house and land was destroyed by their military and thus I need compensation

That is what I mean, like our death toll from mass shootings, police shootings of people who probably did not need to be shot to death in the U.S is likely still much higher than Sweden as far as I can tell. Like the U.S may be theWestern Nation with the most mass shootings and gun deaths per capita. Sure there is some debate as to what all factors make this so because that is just statistics. But also I looked a little bit into Swedish gun laws because there was a post about it on facebook and their reality is people can own guns, they have decent laws to regulate it, thus they have less gun violence deaths. People can even own assulault style weapons under certian circumstances but there's no disturbed/angry 16-18 year olds that can get ahold of them at least as far as I understand I mean I looked it up on the internet I have not actually talked to someone from Sweden about how the gun laws play out exactly...but I know they have less mass shootings and gun deaths than the U.S.

For hunting rifles, there are 5 classes of cartridges based on their power (4 for rifle, shotguns are their own class). In order to own any of those, you have to take a 6 month course and pass an exam, a safety test and three proficiency tests. After acquiring you license, these guns are yours for life.

For pistols, you take a fairly basic safety course to be allowed to use a pistol at the club. You continue to borrow a club gun for a year, until an instructor signs off on you purchasing your own gun. You apply for a license from the local police department, and the license lasts for 5 years before needing renewal.

For more fancy/"dangerous" sporting rifles, it's mostly the same as for pistol, but with more courses and pricier guns and ammo.

As far as I know, only a small handfull of retired military personell practice shooting fully automatic firearms for sport.
