Jesus' own ministry was an inclusive one. There is a lot of material that supports this, but it is better to provide This Website Link than to present it all here.

Many wiccans honor pagan gods of Ancient Europe and Middle Eastern countries like Egypt and Mesopotamia (but some honor gods of other religions including Christianity and some honor no gods at all).

Some of the pagan gods in Ancient Greece were homosexual/bisexual. One of my favorite myths was the love triangle involving the gods Zephyrus, Apollo, and a mortal boy named Hyacinth. Basically Zephyrus got jealous when Hyacinth favored Apollo over him and he killed him with a discus. Apollo became stricten with grief over losing his lover and turned his body into the beautiful hyacinth flower.

It was near a big college town, so it doesn’t reflect my area in general.

I’ve lived in very conservative, rural areas.

Two years ago, I lived in a village with less than 400 people. I had people from 4 different religions come to my door: Jehovah’s Witnesses (multiple times), Mennonites (with a sermon on Father’s Day on CD), a Methodist preacher, and people from a strict Baptist church.

There’s lots of Amish and Mennonites where I live who are, mostly, very insular, but most people around here are very conservative in general.

I actually don't mind conservative areas----if they don't bother me....

Wasn't Paul the primary impetus behind the spread of Christianity to outside the immediate Levant area?

Los Angeles must be Grimora then.

And Twilightprincess I once saw two mennonite women shopping in Walmart. Their handmade dresses and bonnets were pretty and had flowers embroided in the cloth.

I actually think the handcrafted stuff Amish and Mennonite people make is pretty cool. I heard they make some pretty good food from scratch too. Like pies.

Orange County, California has an eclectic mix ... three Buddhist temples within 5 miles of my house ... Methodists, Independent/Non-Denominational, Jews, Presbyterians, RCCs, JWs, Muslims, Sikhs, Pagans ... if one of them doesn't "git ya", another likely will.

No ... more like granola ...

New York City has virtually every religion under the sun.....

If one travels in one subway car, one can, at times, hear at least ten different languages.

I want a gronola bar. With chocolate chips and peanut butter! *tummy grumbles*
