i remember watching a documentary on ABC news a few decades back, about how the chinese gov't was blowing out the brains of prisoners [displayed graphically in execution scenes] and rapidly harvesting their organs. that told me all i need to know about their nation.

Chinese cuisine predates the seventy year old current regime.

Just like the work of Germans like Beethoven, Durer, and Goethe predates Hitler. And like American jazz and beefsteaks predate the Trump presidency.
