If your definition of "free speech" is "say anything you want without legal consequences" - then not a single nation on Earth has free speech.

Sure, ban propaganda. Ban all forms of speech and press that you don't like. Ban "Fake News" while you're at it.  That will eliminate our freedoms of Speech and Press, by the way.  Is that your ultimate goal?

No. But yes - some fake news should be banned.

As tempting as it is to make a witty remark, I'll stick to the basics.

WrongPlanet rules forbid you from calling for people to be put to death for their political beliefs. That extends even to Nazis and Islamists. Therefore, thread locked.
