Principle
What?!
That's ridiculous. Nobody hates Germans... Most Germans I know are mortified about what happened during WW ll, whether that mortification is genuine is unknown. But even throughout Europe, the Germans remain sufficiently chastened. If they are in a country where they do not speak the language, the speak English. They say that speaking German first is a faux pas, because of the war.
I don't like Adolf Hitler, or the 3rd Reich. But blaming today's Germans for the Holocaust is the equivalent of blaming all of us current q-tips in the US for slavery. Some may do it, but they aren't very smart if they do. We keep history in the forefront, so we don't do it again. It shouldn't be the same as hating today's Germans for the Holocaust.

Trump is an as*hole even if he’s a Filipino Jew.
Of course, I suspect he was trying to get himself impeached, as soon as he was elected.
Why would he do that?

So he could be the first President to be impeached and successfully reelected. I like that, it works for me.

Trump is not a WASP. His ancestors came here before my mother’s side came here....but after my father’s side.
We are talking wider society. Not about the narrow cult of Boston Brahminism.
Trump is German. And in wide American society German is under the rubric of WASP. You cant get more WASP than Trump. German Americans are in fact the largest group of WASPs.
Scandanavians are not, strictly speaking, "Anglo Saxon", but in America they are classified (by both themselves and by others) as being "WASP". They are from the northwestern Teutonic Protestant part of Europe.
Yes, there are the extreme hyper snobbish Boston Brahmins, and DAR types, who may look down on anyone who came over on any boat later than the Mayflower. But that's taking snobbery to the extreme. In wider American society "White Bread" White Americans are all wasps. And WASPS are Germans,Dutch, Swiss, English, and Scandanavian, ancestry folks.
Irish are not WASP, nor are Eastern Europeans, nor are Southern Europeans.

I often wonder about the Anglo Saxon Invasion theory. That is, the idea that the ancestors of the English came from Germany, or at any rate what is today Northern Germany and thereabouts. After all, the British New Imperialists were every bit as Racist and White Supremacist as even the German National Socialists, I believe if I am not too much mistaken. For me, the Anglo Saxon Invasion Theory is the crux.
Some English, though, deny the Anglo Saxon Invasion Theory, because these days they do not like to think of themselves as related to, or have anything in common with, the Germans. But, I firmly believe that the English do. Mind you, one merely has to read HG Wells, among other authors, to realize that the English did have its share of Racists, with their very own Racial Science. Have any of you dipped into HG Well's nonfiction works? I wonder.

A lot of later white supremacist ideology derives from British Israelism and the related ideologies of Franco-Israelism and Nordic Israelism. One of the important major splits in these ideologies was between philosemitic and antisemitic factions, basically a disagreement over whether or not the Jewish people counted as proper descendents of the Israelites or not. Supersessionism was already a common belief within European Christianity, and accusations of deicide were a common anti-Jewish trope so it wasn't much of a logical step to claim 'only the people who are claiming descent from the lost tribes count as God's current chosen, the Jews ceased to be the chosen when they killed God'. Merge it with other common anti-Semitic conspiracy theories of the era and you have much of what the NSDAP appealed to.

Well, that is very interesting to read. I wonder if you have ever read Caesar's Messiah? A very good book, one that would be highly recommended!

I haven't, but I'll add it to the list.
