Your honor, I posit that my original claim is actually irrelevant, and that it matters not if California's state policy is due to CCP infiltration or otherwise. What matters is that California is armed now to defend against possible Chinese invasion.

Californians have been arming themselves for generations against any perceived threat, whether real or imaginary.

Some foolishly believe that anyone from Asia is a potential or real threat.

However, if you have any proof that the California government is arming itself and its citizen specifically against CCP incursions/invasions, then please present it here.  If not, then yours is just one more racist conspiracy theory targeting the Chinese people.

This has nothing to do with racism. If you don't take the threat of Chinese military invasion seriously then you have no right to discuss the situation. Do you even follow what's happening, such as Chinese military budget increases, Chinese incursions on ASIAN territories (making the accusations of racism sound even more foolish), or do you just parrot woke memes?

The American GOP is conspiring with Xi, and the fix is already in...if the GOP regains the White House in 24 the USA will voluntarily cede all of California to China. Just let them take the state without firing a shot. That way the biggest blue state with the biggest voting bloc will be forever eliminated from US elections...tipping the scale enough to guarantee that the GOP will stay in power over the remaining 49 United States forever!

Excuse me? I have every right to discuss the situation, and you cannot deny me that right (as the CCP would do) even when my statements conflict with yours.Sure, I follow what is happening. I just do not get all racist, paranoid, and nationalistic about it. I think for myself (so I do not need any “woke memes”), which seems to upset those who try to push their favorite conspiracy theories on a more ignorant and gullible public. They also seem to fall back on attacking me when I disagree with their claims, or when I dismiss those claims as mere conspiracy theories.

The way things are going, I would take the CCP over the MAGAs any day of the week.

Its a figure of speech that you are taking too literally. Yes you technically have a legal freedom to talk about it. But if you continue to have a too ungaurded attitude then I don't think you should. There is a better word for it, but what I refer to as "ungaurded attitude" (for lack of a better term) are those yuppies or hipsters who go around in cars not wearing their seatbelts, or their driver is on drugs but they just think everything will be okay, they are anti-gun and assume they'll never have to deal with burgulars or anything, that is an "ungaurded attitude" (for lack of a better term.)

Surely you jest. According to freedom index websites, China has some of the lowest scores worldwide (although some of these "freedom" websites shouldn't be taken seriously, because they claim some countries with draconian laws have high freedom scores. Some of the draconian laws include draconian gun control policies, but also a bunch of other draconian laws.)

Doesn't add up. The reason is according to my theory, CCP made California like that to start with, why would the GOP make California that way to begin with and lose out on territory.

Guns make people safe.

I would rather live in an unsafe and fun world than a boring world with draconian laws where everyone lives in fear of oppressive rules.

People are paranoid of mass shootings. But its statically unlikely to happen. People are also paranoid of getting struck by lighting in a storm. Do you want a population of the free and the brave or those who cower and get paranoid over everything. Only one mass shooting is all it took to make the UK into a dystopian draconian state with oppressive laws. That is the very definition of punishing all the students for one bad student. Gun laws are just a large scale of punishing every student in the school because of a handful of students that don't behave.

In America you are not punished for cowering about lightning, but we don't try to ban storms. I think there may be ways to reduce mass shootings without actually banning guns. Metal detectors probably reduce mass shootings too. People just need to sit down and think of clever ways to reduce mass shootings without outright banning guns.

Wikipedia is a crowd-sourced encyclopedia. While that has advantages, it also means that bad information can sometimes remain undetected for an extended period.

Numbeo is also a crowd-sourced website. It is therefore generally less reliable than the sources Wikipedia tends to draw upon.

It is slightly safer to be in public in the US than the UK and Australia. The main argument from gun banners is that guns make people unsafe in public, which doesn't seem to be the case. As for regular crime, the UK has an underwhelming performance with only very slightly less regular crime than the USA. If guns worked as gunbanners say then UK would have significantly more reduction of crime than that. Also according to Numbeo, France has significantly more crime than the US, yet it has strict gun control. Although it has more gun ownership than the UK, one of the regulations specifically prohibits people from having guns in public (which might explain why there is more crime there than the USA, remember that criminals are going to ignore those kinds of laws mostly.)

The bottom line is that gun control is unethical. The reason is that those type of laws are the type of laws that punish everyone for the crimes of a handful of people. Such laws, generally speaking, laws that punish the majority for the sins of a minority are unethical as a general concept. I do not want to reincarnate in a society where the government has a monopoly on violence and I have to trust the government at all times. I do not want to reincarnate into a society where I have no rights and fun is not allowed. I used to watch classic British media where British were proudly pro-gun, and now looking at them and seeing how they don't have guns, it seems like a different culture where a once proud people are all now domesticated and subjugated. I do not want people to reincarnate and end up as Europeans living in some dystopian metropolis where the rules regulate the fun out of life. If you watch serious self-defense tutorials they will tell you that cops often take 5 minutes to arrive to a crime also, don't know if European cops are faster or not.

My neighbour is a convicted murderer. He has killed two people, did twenty plus years in prison and now he is out living with his family. He has four kids. He is a sociopath and it's evident that he is still engaging in illegal activities. Recently he had a confrontation with my sister. She doesn't feel safe. I wish my sister had the right to legally carry. I wish we had guns at home. I don't live with my family anymore and I'm worried about their safety.

I can relate. My neighbor is a drug addict who let a guy in her house overdose on drugs. He died and she and her boyfriend dumped him in a ditch somewhere.

Now she's back home and acts like nothing ever happened but she still does drugs and brings suspicious people into her home all the time. Her family who live across from us are also just as strung out on dope and her mother is a total lunatic...

I dont feel very safe in my own neighborhood anymore either. But luckily my mom legally owns a handgun for protection.

Sometimes you do what you got to do in order to feel safe in this scary world.
