Even with a conservative majority on the Supreme Court, I don't see them ruling in favor of this racist travesty if it were to go to the highest court.
Then again if it did... then this country really would be going down the sh*tter.

I'm pretty sure it could get worse.

I've grown up with, lived with and worked with kiwis and made the journey cross the ditch to NZ probably 8 times. I think I'm pretty confident on kiwi history and culture.

By law he can't. But then again, no one is supposed to hold office after inciting an insurrection against the country, but the Supreme Court let him get past that, too.

Yeah a rumour going around on social media he's already chatting with his supreme court buddies to amend the law. But seems unlikely it would pass through congress right? But this is trump we are talking about, he is literally a living embodiment of Murphy's law. If something can go wrong...it will.

I think he would have to amend the Constitution and repeal a Constitutional Amendment to be president again and thats a much harder thing to do than passing a law in Congress.

^^^ Not impossible for him to try. Given Jan 6 was his endorsed way to overthrow a sitting government. Anything is on the cards.

Ya but only one amendment has ever been repealed so his chance of success is a lot lower than if he just had to pass a law in Congress. 38 states would have to ratify repealing that amendment which is pretty much impossible.
