You are apparently brilliant and what luck in my field of psychology too, imagine that. Have you gotten or have you considered getting yourself published (book format) and then start collecting book royalties? However sounds like you've already got a worthwhile enterprise up and running.

I'm interested in what you've posted but somewhat overwhelmed by the sheer volume of the presentation and pondering if this is appropriate venue for the flood of information and commentary. I hope to report back later after more perusing and processing, assuming your info remains on the board.

From that link - am wondering who's credited with originating this idea:

..."The opposite of bravery is not cowardice but conformity."

Would there then be a relationship of sorts between bravery and intelligence and/or integrity?

I did spring for this about a year ago: http://www.stresseraser.com/

It helps some when I practice regularly, but I have a bit of a benign arrhythmia that throws it off.

Are you fucking serious?

You are only slightly less deranged than that 'time cube' guy

At any rate, I'll believe you when you single-handedly usher in a technological singularity with your BBS where most of the posts are by you.

There's nothing wrong with being an autodidact, or being proud of it. In fact I encourage self-teaching whenever possible.

There is something wrong with being a Gene Ray knock-off.

Energy Science- Doctorate
systems Theory- Post Bachelors, maybe as much as a masters.
Game theory- almost a bachelors.

sets off my inner skeptic. Especially when taken with the rest of the posts.

As far as I know, 'psychonautics' isn't a degree track, not even at UCB. If it is, it shouldn't be.

What the hell is 'energy science'?

And how the hell do you get a degree in game theory? That's a discipline in mathematics which isn't broad enough to have its own degree track. It's possible to have a degree in economics or statistics, but not game theory. That's like saying "I have a degree in linear algebra."

You misunderstand, he means that he has educated himself to a level equivalent to these degrees.

Quite how you educate yourself to doctorate level in a field where you can't actually get a doctorate is a completely different question that you probably shouldn't ask because it's awkward.

I still think that psychonautics refers to this.

This thread is shit

I completely disagree, I love this kind of information.

Okay, prometheuspann has taken it into a lot of depth, but learning to manage thought processes, is interesting and I want to learn more.

This thread is one of the most interesting I have found on this forum.

I have so much blasted anxiety - people take me to be stupid - they doubt my intelligence because they sense my fear.

I would rather learn to control my fear than use meds. which I do at the moment.

Now I have made my mark on this thread, I easily refer back to it and read up on the ideas presented here.
Thanks prometheuspann

Alright, but there's still no way you can have a BS or equivalent in Game Theory.

I'd like to know what he can tell me specifically. I am interested in these kinds of things since I want to be an AI researcher.

It is a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing.

I acquired this program that plays binaural recordings that allegedly play with brain waves. I've had one that is supposed to help you with lucid dreaming and I have gotten some results from it.
