Adherents to a religion (not exclusive to Christianity) who do not themselves seek to eradicate injustices from its tenets and beliefs is doing more harm than the good the religion is supposed to be espousing. This is why many, if not most religions are hypocritical. Oh, they practice what they preach, as I wrote above, but they are practicing the injustices written down in their scriptures. This is why I do not believe. I do not understand why anyone would want to practice a belief system that does not eradicate the historical evil written by such a god.
And at this point I do not believe any religion would do as I have suggested. This would not be religion.
