Again false equivalency, having a gun to protect oneself is to protect oneself from an individual that chooses to threaten you. War can be justified in certain instances, such as Israel is perfectly justified to defend themselves. An infant is completely innocent from any crime, we don't see viscious ax murderers crawling around in diapers because they can't stand up yet.
