I suppose it is fair to ask: Why shouldn't Feminists reward the "nice guys" who support their positions with a bit of shagging?

The risks to women are much lower than they used to be, what with modern birth control, prophylactics, abortion, etc., plus the legal and social advantages that women now enjoy.

Still, the Feminist wants to doll herself up, and go out and score herself a high-status male.

Wouldn't providing some for the lower-status males be more consistent with Feminist ideas of egalitarianism?

It seems that Feminists want men to change millions of years of biological conditioning and evolution to transfer advantages and prerogatives to women, but don't want to alter their own urges if it would help to promote egalitarianism.

Also, many Feminists, like most women, seem interested in scoring themselves a high-status alpha dog.

Once she has him, she then wants to go to work changing him. She sets about pounding him into submission, in order to transform him into a wimpering beta who will perform household chores and cleaning to her satisfaction.

There are already plenty of wimpering betas who would be grateful and eager to perform household chores and cleaning to the Feminist's satisfaction, if it meant a shot at getting a little sex.

So, why go to all the trouble and risk of attracting, seducing, and then beating down the high-status alpha dog, when the end product is already readily available?

Of course, pursuing the high-status alpha dog entails more thrills and excitement, and ultimately subduing him will afford the victor a great deal of satisfaction. However, more often than not, the plan doesn't succeed. High-status alpha dogs are not so easily vanquished. The women who pursue him may end up very bitter about the experience, and conclude that all men are unworthy, despicable, uncaring pigs.

Submissive men get no sex.

Giving all power to either gender would make for a miserable life. And would result in triumphalist fundamentalism of one kind or other and the gender with the power treating the other gender like crap.

The clue is often in the name - they're feminists, not necessarily equalitarians.

Equality is fine, provided women don't have to sacrifice all of the privileges they currently enjoy.

Every man I've ever gone out with has been nice, though none of them have been "Nice Guys." As for why women don't 'reward nice guys with sex,' the reason is that you shouldn't expect a cookie for being a decent human being. Being a decent human being is the *minimum* acceptable behavior, not something that inspires a woman to leave her current partner or even to break a stretch of celibacy.
