Clinton was an administrator at State, and Pence was the executive of Indiana. Governors have access to lots of sensitive information that relates to their state, and Pence discussed some of that on his private email account.

Not a private server; I think I got that part wrong in my first post, but it doesn't make much difference. It could be easier or more difficult to hack AOL than a private server, depending entirely on how it was set up.

There's no evidence that email relevant to the investigation was destroyed. Of course, it's impossible to prove conclusively that it wasn't, but that isn't a reasonable standard for continuing to make the claim.

Pence's account was actually hacked. In early 2016, hackers sent out a phishing email to his contacts claiming he and his wife were stranded in the Philippines, were attacked and robbed on their way back to their hotel and desperately needed money. Security experts told the Indianapolis Star it did not seem to be a hack specifically targeted at Pence, but they added that does not make a hack of a top government official's email account any less “concerning.”

Here’s the Pence story in a nutshell — while governor of Indiana, he used his AOL account to conduct some state business, and that account was subject to a “broad” (not targeted) hack. His use of private e-mail was permitted by state law, he did not lie about it, and he did not handle any classified information on an unclassified system.

She told falsehood after falsehood, earning Pinocchio after Pinocchio even from the left-leaning fact-checkers at the Washington Post. Some of the most egregious claims included falsely telling the public that she didn’t send or receive any classified information on her personal e-mail, and falsely telling the public that the FBI director himself had verified that her comments to the American people were truthful. Should we repeat some of her more memorable comments? On March 10, 2015, she said, “I did not e-mail any classified material to anyone on my e-mail. There is no classified material.” On February 4, 2016, Clinton said she “never sent or received any classified material.” She repeatedly denied sending or receiving e-mails “marked classified” (a curious distinction, since she’s legally obligated to protect both marked and unmarked classified information). This exchange, between Representative Trey Gowdy and FBI director Comey, sums up her honesty:

Gowdy: Secretary Clinton said there was nothing marked classified on her e-mails either sent or received. Was that true?
Comey: That’s not true.
Gowdy: Secretary Clinton said, “I did not e-mail any classified material to anyone on my e-mail. There is no classified material.” Was that true?
Comey: There was classified material e-mailed. That classified material included seven e-mail chains containing information classified at the Top Secret/Special Access Program level.

And do we really need to continue into the more bizarre details of the FBI investigation, including evidence that Clinton aides destroyed her old devices with a hammer, that investigators couldn’t locate any of the 13 e-mail-capable mobile devices she used while secretary of state, or that staffers started deleting information from her server after the New York Times disclosed its existence?

Schumer allegedly ‘caused a scene’ at smart Upper East Side Manhattan restaurant, Sette Mezzo, when, according to Page Six, he began “yelling” at a connected Trump supporter that the president is “a liar.”
Witnesses said that prior to losing his cool, Schumer was dining quietly with friends.
But then he encountered Joseph A. Califano Jr. — the former U.S. secretary of health, education and welfare under President Jimmy Carter — and his wife, Hilary.
Page Six says that Schumer was apparently ‘incensed’ that Hilary had voted for Trump, even though her husband, Joseph, is a well-known Democrat.
A witness told Page Six: “They are a highly respected couple, and Schumer made a scene, yelling, ‘She voted for Trump!’ The Califanos left the restaurant, but Schumer followed them outside.”
The column claims that Schumer continued berating the couple on the sidewalk, saying: “How could you vote for Trump? He’s a liar!”
Hilary appeared to confirm the confrontation, telling Page Six, “Sen. Schumer was really rude . . . He’s our senator, and I don’t really like him. Yes, I voted for Trump. Schumer joined us outside and he told me Trump was a liar. I should have told him that Hillary Clinton was a liar, but I was so surprised I didn’t say anything.”

Now how he did know who she voted for? Did he have her survailed?

Another diner insists that Califano and his wife approached Sen. Schumer’s table. The diner said, “It was a pleasant conversation. Joe said the senator was doing a good job on health care. Joe joked that Hilary voted for Trump. The conversation continued outside because everyone left at the same time.”

Many people are sadly still suffering from it.



This person is a college professor, being paid by the taxpayers to teach young Americans.
