Are Autistics whom are Pro-Abortion hypocrits?

Quite frankly the other judges were either corrupt, or ideological hack jobs. If the government can force you to buy a product simply because you exist, then you have no rights.
And quite frankly many have the same opinion of Judge Vinson. A person can never completely separate political bias and judgement.

If they rule it that way, then the United States as a Constitutional Republic is essentially dead. It is a government of the government by the government and for the government.
All they will be doing is ruling it as a tax, and as constitutional; in the same way they would make a decision on any other issue regarding federal law. There is nothing new here or ground breaking. The country will be the same country the day after the decision regardless of which way it goes.

No, it is not technically Obamacare is unconstitutional if that Florida Judge's ruling stands.
And technically it will be constitutional if the other two judges ruling stands

He can't get the spending cuts partially due to the Democrat Controlled senate and the Presidency.
Exactly, gridlock as usual. Part of the same reason we have a mandate instead of a public option in the current healthcare reform bill. But, this is the reason that tyranny is impossible in our country.

And they passed one of the most corrupt pieces of trash in this country's history. If it was such a good piece of legislation why all the exemptions.
The same reason most bills are full of trash; politics and corporate interests. The biggest voice in the country are special interests; but no chance anyone in the government is going to come up with tyranny on their own and have a chance of passing it. That is the way the political process works and that is what why we have the healthcare reform we have now.
As I stated most people are not happy with it; but there were too many fingers in the pie to satisfy anyone. Again, nothing new here; it is just the way our political process works.

We are actually up against the clock:
We have now gotten to the point — as I noted yesterday — where if national defense, interstate highways, national parks, homeland security, and all other discretionary programs somehow became absolutely free, we’d still have a budget deficit. The White House Office of Management and Budget projects that in the current fiscal year (2011), mandatory spending alone will exceed all federal receipts. So even if we didn’t spend a single cent on discretionary programs, we still wouldn’t be able to balance our budget this year — let alone pay off any of the $14 trillion in debt that we have already accumulated.

Assuming this is true we have to start cutting and we have to start cutting now. The only reason Obamascam supposedly reduces the deficit is through billions in tax increases and Bernie Madoff style accounting.
At least they are attempting to pay for it. No effort was made to fund the Iraq War, or the massive tax cuts in 2001.
We have to cut spending and raise taxes to make a real impact on the deficit. But so many people equate taxes to tyranny that there is no chance the government is going to take the required action to solve our problems, until someone actually stands to lose something. By then it may be too late.
