Large parts of the US were literally burning back in May and June thanks to a movement and a fraudulent narrative supported by the deluded leftist types who are overrepresented on this sub-forum. If I laugh, it’s over seeing leftists for years on end supporting policies that will lead (and have led) to more ordinary neighborhoods being destroyed, more unaccountable corporate power, more economic inequality, and more government surveillance – because like well-trained pets they’re too focused on some phantom fascist menace to understand what they’re supporting, and anyway they think “I’ll be ok, because I have the correct opinions!”
Tell us more about this fraudulent narrative. I'm sure your views will be very insightful.

The fraudulent narrative is that George Floyd's death was indicative of an epidemic of US police officers targeting and killing unarmed and innocent black people.
I hope you're kidding because that's just objectively untrue.

Just a reminder: under international law, an occupying power has no right of self-defense, and those who are occupied have the right and duty to liberate themselves by any means possible.
And yet, more Black men die in police confrontations.
1. I don't know what you mean by that. More white people than blacks are shot to death by police each year in America. See https://www.statista.com/statistics/585 ... e-by-race/
2. The number of unarmed people of any race who die at the hands of the police each year in America is relatively small
3. Perhaps you people should look take some time to look up the story of Kelly Thomas, who was white, and was the victim of one of the most sadistic police killings you'll ever read about, back in 2011. There were no nationwide protests for him though, and I doubt many of the people in here have heard of him.
Anyway, I suspect some moderator will soon warn us about drifting off-topic. No doubt if anyone's posts get censored, it'll be mine.

One would expect the larger demographic group to make up a larger percentage but per capita would be the fair comparison, not just yearly totals.

People like you have to believe those sorts of narratives, because if you didn't, you'd have nothing else to virtue signal about.
Try watching this:
People like me have to believe what the facts show. People like you trot out thought terminating clichés like 'virtue signalling' when you realize the facts don't support your conclusions.

Re-railing:
It turns out that Trump had made an additional call back in December in an attempt to overturn the election in Georgia:

Compared to recent events this is probably a minor transgression, but it does paint a picture of a consistent effort to undermine the election with any and all means possible.

You need to frame that number in terms of the proportion of Blacks in the population. This does not in anyway say we should not address police brutality against anyone, but is just pointing out the systemic bias. And the bias permeates in other areas, for example, Black men are incarcerated at higher rates than whites.
