Iraqi Health Ministry Seeking to Violate Second Amendment
I hardly think that the Democrats have the intellectual property rights to ultra vires legislation. But don't let me stop you spouting other people's thinking.

I know they weren't the only ones that have done it, however they are the ones that have been doing it these last few years.
I am no fan of Bush, but he was Not Stupid. He didn't give a rat's ass about Christianizing Iraq, Afghanistan, or even the US. He is as big a socialist as Comrade Obama. Bush went out of his way to look, act, and sound stupid so as to fool his critics.
1. Many Americans relate well to their fellow stupids.
2. The Christian groups backed him, so he paid lip service.
3. His critics are fooled into underestimating him.
The goal of these wars is profit, not Christianity. I am a Libertarian with some conservative views (in old days was called Liberal). I view Bush and Obama as flip sides of the same dirty coin. Good luck, trying to Christianize Afghanistan and Iraq.
Ihave nothing against the Japanese, I just wouldn't want to live in a hierarchical obedience society. Germany and Italy suffer from costly social programs, but they are better off than France, Ireland, Greece, Spain which are even more socialist. Socialism sounds okay if you like crushing taxation.
Exactly! No good can ever come of a liberal war!
He has no business starting a war, if it doesn't bring anyone closer to Christ!
Hierarchy and obediences are to be eschewed!
The only valid reason for having taxes is so that you can cut them!
"Socialism sounds okay?" Are ye daft?
And here we see temporal relativism. "Your misconduct is more recent than my misconduct, ergo it is more egregious."
Is your complaint about the Democrats or about ultra vires action by Congress? You claim that your argument is based on the solid principles of constitutional obedience, but somehow your argument always descends into the partisan. Will your tune change now that half of Congress is held by the other party? Or will you hold them blameless in the face of their foes in the other chamber?
I have no objection to people being partisan. But I have a great objection to people pretending that their partisanship is rooted in higher principles. I have no objection to pinning blame on the blameworthy, provided that one does not expressly or by implication exculpate ones allies from the same blameworthiness.

Colbert is actually a liberal like John Stewart. I will assuming you're not being sarcastic agree with you about Beck. However I have to disagree with you on Duke, wasn't a David Duke a white supremist. As I've said in the past racism in general is stupid, and I will not condone racism in any form.
David Duke was the Grand Dragon of the Ku Klux Klan. He subsequently joined the ranks of Born Again Christians. But, anyway, who shows up at Beck rallies and Republican conventions? Who listens to Rush Limbaugh and Fox News? Who runs America's financial industry? White people, of course. Mr. Duke simply chooses not to pretend otherwise.
Granted, there have been a few prominent Black Republicans--Clarence Thomas, Condaleeza Rice, Colin Powell, Michael Steele, and Allan Keyes. President Bush was certainly straining credibility a bit in declaring Clarence Thomas to be the best man for a supreme court appointment at the time. But, as long as they can display appropriate erudition in support of White Establishment principles, then we conservatives can at least feel to some extent that we aren't racist.
