BS. Protection? If they are normal people, then why do they want to bring so much attention to their gender or sexuality? You hypocrite, "abusive people like me", then you call me a piece of s**t. You all do realize that if we added a men's forum another group would be right behind you complaining about a forum they want, right? Making the same arguments you are making now, just as upset as you are now.

A line has to be drawn somewhere and I am sorry that it was drawn to the wrong side of your issue. I didn't draw it.

But by all means, have fun with the conversation. Just don't feel like your request is being ignored if this thread receives no further mod or admin attention. The answer to your question has already been given, and we can't do anything about that.

Because people like you always find a way to attack them. They want their own forum so people like you NEVER go there and so that they at least have one minuscule filter.

Why are you targeting them if not to harass them? There is very obviously no lacking in social help for the straights in the dating section and other such sections that cater to the majority by defacto.

Are you really that bad off that you have to harass them? Do you need to be made to feel special or something?

I can't help it that blatant double standards piss me off. Maybe i'd be different if I lived in America, where they're 40 years behind us on gay rights, well in several states anyway. If someone started a thread in the haven or something saying they were gay or transexual, and they were being abused due to this, i'd have all the sympathy in the world for them. Cause they aren't being treated equally. Now its gone to the other extreme on this site, with the new exclusive forum.

Because GLBT needs are different from the normal needs of the majority and they probably feel more comfortable in such a place rather than in a general section where they may face harassing responses.
