true but people can still be born with equal rights and in my eyes the only way to lose these right is by repeatadly denying these rights to others in the extremes.

That is not what you said though. You were pushing egalitarianism as a general principle If you want to promote a principle promote excellence which is inherently anti-egalitarian.
