It looks like a lot of prisons are now going tobacco-free. Which should help turn many convicts into good citizens once released.

Funny, while I'm a nonsmoker, I know several smokers that are probably more of a model citizen than you seem to be. Seriously, it wouldn't surprise me if there are people here that smoke cigarettes, and quite frankly, your insulting them isn't appropriate.
