By Rich I assume you mean businessmen. So far tax breaks and subsidies for large Corporations have only encouraged their poor behavior.

The engine of a genuine capitalist system small and medium size firms who are not subsidized by government.

you're absolutely right.
GE shouldn't be exempt from paying their taxes, but I would have to think that their weaseling out of their financial responsibility probably predates the Obama administration.

No, that's actually giving tax money to Congress or large amounts of money to actors. The fact we aren't having rich people running around spending wildly is because the many rich people are not junkies.

I have gotten a job from a poor person its called doing community work like helping out at soup kitchens which I do for no pay at my church every thursday its voodoo economics it doesnt work its Socialism in reverse :lol:

Rich people risk their money every time they make an investment in a company and they hope to make money from that investment. The fact they aren't investing is cause they think the United States' current business climate caused by the Obama Administration is a bad investment and therefore will not invest.

Actually, the song and dance routine of blaming the rich for all the problems is flat out propaganda. If you want to look at the facts, I've already pointed out (regardless of the fact nobody bothered to read the source) that Government is largely responsible for the housing bubble and the current recession.
