There's a huge difference between jokingly comparing Bush to the Sith, and questioning Obama's place of birth and religion. On top of it, there's often an ugly racial component with the attacks on the President these days.
As far as Palin's daughter is concerned - she did in fact become pregnant out of wedlock. Admittedly, there was a lot of crude gutter humor directed at her, but it's nothing compared to the ugly, racist attacks on the pre-adolescent Obama daughters.
And as Palin's daughter Bristol currently has a reality TV show born out of her mother's infamy, I'd say she hasn't done badly for herself.

I would say you and your extreme right friends here are the ones who are anti-American, since the policies you support are driving your country into obscurity and worldwide pariah status. In addition to betraying the principles your nation was founded on (ie, a secular state). I do not even consider you guys proper conservatives, since there is nothing conservative about radically changing your nation into a theocratic, heavily centralized, corporatist state
