Well, at a minimum fiber and plenty of water can help keep you from looking constipated.

What a concept. I watch their programming much more carefully than I watch any other news program, but still don't have the slightest idea what they are talking about.

Politics are not about being sexy, right? ^^

I generally find people "sexy" for what they believe rather than how they dress or what they look like.
