What countries can an American easily immigrate to?

New Zealand isnt easy to immigrate into.

You need to have a minimum score of 100 in their point system to have the right to submit an application to immigrate. Once that application is in, its based on your score, nation's need and lottery.

In short, unless you have a PHD in an industry they have a shortage on or can invest 2 million bucks, you're in for a 10+ year long wait.

Its easier to immigrate into the USA if you can believe that.


(and this is someone who immigrated TO the USA and now wants to emigrate to NZ and has put the papwerwork in).

I hadn't thought about him. I find his accent fairly light and easy to understand, so I'd say you wouldn't have much trouble being understood. Then again, I've had slightly more experience with foreign accents than your average Yank. :wink:
Ewan McGregor used to have an accent that was a little tricky, but his speech is more Americanized nowadays.
