What if he agreed to wear a monitor that recorded sound, or even visual, that only you could control from a remote location, while he was watching the child? I think it's beneficial for both kids and men if men are allowed to provide some care, but I understand your fear. I have been wondering if this could be a compromise - something teachers in general, and others who work with children, could preemptively do to protect themselves from false accusations.
