No,wasn't thinking of them,but they'd drive me away.Are they really nesting in areas with people that close?That would make it more difficult.I'd remove the nest after they were gone,maybe after a storm,oops,it blew down then make it undesirable for them to return,they'd fly away if you shot close by,or maybe turn some kids loose with some firecrackers,no shooting bottle rockets at the birds.
If someone was monitoring it all the time it'd make it hard to use predator decoys to scare them off,they wouldn't believe those plastic bobcats were yard ornaments.
I've scared off birds from a cherry tree with a big plastic owl,I moved it around so it was never in the same place.

They're actually really loud, and at odd hours too. When I lived on Bainbridge Island, I had a pair nesting in the green belt across from my house, and they make a hell of a racket with the screeching and this odd whistling warble that they make, it's pretty disconcerting if you have pets that fall into the size range of their prey.

Minneapolis is lousy with them. We have lakes everywhere, and the eagles like to fish off the edge of the ice in the spring. They are NOT dainty eaters, that's for sure.

That's really interesting! Maybe that (combined with being not neurotypical) is why I always accidentally offend my friend because I speak my mind and how I see things and if I were a liberal I'd do that less

I'm not fine with it.I have nothing against a strong military,it's what we send them to do,them they come back broken and the VA doesn't seem to want to help.Don't send them if you are not willing to take care of them when they get back.
