You know, I'm still here, despite all your insults and bullying, so I hardly think I'm quite as delicate as a snowflake, either.
Ah yes, the insults and bullying accusation, especially bullying, guaranteed to elicit a pavlovian response from some onlookers. Empathy for the one claiming to be bullied and scorn for the one accused of bullying. Nothing of substance need to provided. Quote:
And you like being set upon? Masochistic as well as anal, I guess.
Real Americans enjoy sting of battle.
No, I only complain when someone tries to bully me.
How exactly does one go about being bullied when thier so called attacker is in another state and poses no actual threat to them? Being bullied when it can't be avoided in one's daily life is one thing but online is really too much for me to wrap my mind around.
Quote:
And as for "real Americans enjoy sting of battle" - no, only those with issues.
I wouldn't expect you to understand.

Must have been Aunt Santa Clause then. Besides, the fault I mentioned in that post is one that you've repeatedly admitted to so that hardly makes it "way too personal".Raptor wrote:

I can see both you guys in 50 years as grumpy old men bickering in rocking chairs outside a retirement home.
Admit it, deep down y'all are the best of friends.

You have a tendency to "forget" things you've previously said, until reminded with a direct quote. Naturally, you mock people who go to the trouble of quoting you, attempting to discourage the practice.
If so, then probably because I don't hold these pointless arguments in very high regard.
Then it shouldn't bother you when someone goes back and finds your contradictions and inconsistencies.

I'm glad I don't suffer like that...

As for a previous post regarding the notion that you can't bully from another state - there is such a thing as cyber bullying. You know, the sort of thing kids who you consider to be weak sisters have killed themselves over. I can in fact take your bullying; it's just that the thought of any sort of bully makes me see red, and causes me to respond. Otherwise, I'm not going to take you or your arguments seriously.

Only if the bird moves here to Washington state. And I wouldn't mind being his friend if he'd quit the insults.
Now excuse me, but my wife wants to be on the computer before The Venture Brothers comes on.

To clear the record, I was referring to raptor and Kraichgauer.
But, looks like I picked the wrong post to respond to.
No offense Nurse Angela.

Not a problem. I just got what you meant a couple seconds ago. I'm having a hard time picturing that scenario.

But with you it's necessary, though.

Cyberbullying is a bullshi+ term made up by quacks. It convolutes and dulls the meaning of real in your face bullying that really is an issue. I could tell you in more detail what I think about "cyberbullying" but that would precipitate yet another tangent to this already grossly derailed thread.

Grossly derailed, but very entertaining. Thanks for a good time, Mr. R. You can always make me laugh.

If I did it would by necessity be western Washington although I'd prefer the eastern part of the state or better yet the Idaho panhandle. My profile location would remain southeastern USA just for the psychological effect it has on some progressives here.
