Why do some on the right actually dislike Donald Trump?

Trump is a liar.
He appeals to the most vile, racist and nativist prejudices.
He betrayed America to the Russian strongman, Putin, who seeks America's demise, solely for the sake of political gain.
Trump has clearly fascistic intentions by ruling by decree, ignoring the rule of law, by denigrating our democratic allies all the while offering friendship to authoritarian strongmen, and by stoking his political cult of personality.
In religion he favors evangelicals of the prosperity gospel type, filling his "evangelical council" with them.
Those are just some highlights.

Not all Conservatives are morons. They just want everyone to think they are, for reasons unknown. Some Conservatives are actually intelligent people, who probably aren't thrilled that they're smarter than the current US president, but still have to live under his rule.
