Alex jones - hero, anti-hero or villain?
Who is the more effective person at delivering a message, a scholar who is so complex that no-one understands anything he says, or the capitalist vitamin salesman who translates the message of freedom from real intellectuals?
I give Jones credit for delivering that message to yokels & reaffirming their sense of reality - and some of his Democrat opposition too.

I've never watched or listened to his show, but I enjoy him in small doses as a guest of other people; I find some of his wilder ideas to be fun thought experiments, and his personality is very entertaining.

This is a good summation of Jones, I think.

Unfortunately, disabled folk have to vote for them for their economic survival. This is no coincidence.
https://www.bitchute.com/video/N8S8FUNRpkEM/
That description only fits with the fevered imaginings of Jones and the Republican party, but has little to do with reality.
If Dems are such terrible people, why should they want to help disabled people? If Republicans are so wonderful, why don't they help the disabled?
Because both parties are owned by a billionaire class global cabal, and the best pieces of each side/political party are put into each party so that there can never be anything good to vote for, for anyone.
Freedom plus socialism is desirable, but the elite purposely pair freedom with capitalism & authoritarianism with socialism, so that each side won't have anything they truly want to vote for.
Your post I responded to sounded like (to me) that only the Democrats deserved Jones' abuse.
Oh, well, that's not what was intended. Both parties are the system and they are not good.
I don't even like Alex Jones for the most part, but he's proverbially spot on with his anti-globalist agenda, for me.
Globalists?
A billionaire class who have a heavy, monetary stake in everything from corporate social media, to vaccine producing pharmaceutical corporations, to mainstream media.
They have their own world economic forum that sits on top of the rest of everything at the peak of the proverbial pyramid. They pull the proverbial strings. of those beneath them, who, in turn pull the strings of those beneath them and on and on until the bottom of this proverbial pyramid, the proletariat.
China are favoured to be the next world superpower which is why there is a creeping authoritarianism being introduced.
I.e, the nexus of power being based in China as opposed to Washington D.C.
When the term "globalists" are mentioned, usually by the far right, it's often a reference to Jews.

Eh, only a certain type off right winger, and they usually aren't subtle about it, the term has come into general use to refer to the transnational business elite, the "Davos Class" if you will. You'll also sometimes see the term used as a general synonym for neo-liberals by the right, the sort of left wing version of the old socially liberal and fiscally conservative types that the post Trump right has focused their fury on.

But the reality the yokels live in is simplistic and should not be affirmed in its simplicity. Jones is not translating things to make them as simple as possible - he is dumbing things down to the point where they become just wrong.
He's reaffirming world views IN ORDER to sell his vitamins.
Also: which part of Chomsky do people not understand? he's clear as air. if you don't understand Chomsky, it's because you don't want to listen to a scholar, you want someone screaming about gay frogs.

Okay, so you are starting from the presupposition here that the more advanced a civilization is, the longer it will be sustained. That's just not true if you look at civilizations over a long timeline & how they have come & gone, many times being replaced by overall less advanced civilizations, in many respects.
If as an advanced human, you become too intelligent to enjoy regular sex - that might actually stop humans from existing/cause an extinction event and superhumans or robots having war can be more destructive to the Earth than mere humans chopping each other to pieces.
I'll leave you with this video clip which sums the issue up nicely. Sometimes simple & basic things are far more effective and useful than overly complex things - this even applies to ideological battlegrounds or wartime battlegrounds.

That's why Jones is loved by thousands, and hated by millions.
He actually gets around a million listeners per week nowadays and was the biggest thing on Youtube with billions of views on his channel, at his peak (though a counter-narrative of mainstream media propaganda denied this fact).

I don't listen to Alex Jones anymore. I mentioned him because he helped me realise the value of simplicity at a time when I was struggling, many years ago and this biological man has been a part of my intellectual development.
Some other people could start there. I am not stating that you should start there.

By the way, the Asgaard had to keep cloning themselves in that series and transferred their consciousness to different clones and eventually this was their undoing.....

Chomsky had some good insights, but I find it hard to take him seriously in light of some of his other tendencies, such as his reflexive anti-Americanism, exemplified by his Khmer Rouge denial. I felt like 2/3 of Manufacturing Consent was him cherry picking our various Latin American misadventure while shouting "see, we're just as bad as the Russians!", when that wasn't remotely true, and it detracted from his message about how the media works.

Yes, that would be more accurate to say.

I wonder how many of those tens of millions actually have original opinions on the man, vs simply regurgitating what they've been told about him?
