I don't hate the more respectful religious people, but I do kinda feel bad for them though. They may never know real freedom, the ability to break the chains of their minds.
The OP is a commie idiot, he needs no respect, I do not condone a dictatorship such as what he is talking about...... But think about it though, the OP is just a common person, and apparently he is inspired by the thought of tyrannical power. Imagine that in someone who actually has power.

The OP forgot, since we all seem to have a "God" part of our brain (which either senses the divine or makes him up, depending on your POV), we'll have to have forced lobotomies to cut that part out of everyone. Then forced eugenics/genetic manipulation programs to make sure it doesn't return.

This was obviously sarcasm, in the vein of Orwell and Swift.

What's scary is the number of people that would agree with him.

if you'd take 2 seconds to see on the original poser's myspace page that he is an atheist, you'd realize that it's not parody or sarcasm.

If it's not parody or sarcasm, then it's even scarier yet.

It's only been 60 years, and people are already proposing forcibly eradicating religions again. Time to fire up the ovens?

No lobotomies would be needed, just a good stint in a de-brainwashing facility. Peoples' minds are only geared to need a god because over many generations the church has molded peoples' minds to need such a god. Everyone is born atheist.
But I definately wouldn't agree with whatever the OP's idea about curing the cult threat would be because he's a very tyrannical sounding person himself.

you know that thing behind your eyes just above the spinal column....try using it.

atheism is in the minority...maybe 1% or as high as 3% at best of the population.

you don't have to worry about the ovens any time soon.

it's just knee jerk reactions to oppression and people being sick of the garbage done in the name of religion. all the bigotry done in religion's name...all the killing. and done for what? something that can't even be proven to be real!! !

the world is full saps and suckers. they call it religion. i call it a hustle.
