Among the two parakeets I have there is a mean one named Peppercinious. Parakeet Awards are meant for people who respectfully disagree; IE: they have different views but aren't trolls for at least once. However, I authorize you to give Peppercinious Awards to the trolls and flamers.

Parakeet awards are meant for liberals who, for at least one time, agree to disagree with the conservative views expressed by people of my type.

Peppercinious awards can go to people who are continuously flamers, trolls, bullies and jerks. You may freely give Peppercinious awards all you like.

This is a little bit off topic,but I noticed how "iamnotaparakeet" is obsessed with birds.
Since I owned a Canaries and a Parrots before,I understand his feelings.

So,for all bird lovers,my advice is to watch the movie "Birdy",about Autistic fellow who wants to become a bird.Its great,and also very emotional movie.
