It's true that the binary system corresponds to true and false, but that has not so much to do with the way we process data as it does to do with the way that computers do
And I have no idea how you are linking 'linear' and 'sequential' to the use of binary numbers

I posted to show a different way of looking at things. Now if you are so close to outsmarting yourself that you believe you have the only correct view of things, then obviously you aren't going to relinquish that position just to look at things a different way.
There is nothing I can or would ever do to change that, but if you really want to figure things out you'll have to cut back on projecting your phd on all us lesser humans and use your massive intellect to find the value in every point of view.
It's odd that you complain about being brow beaten when throughout this thread you have been the most guilty of it.
I'm not attacking you. I thought for some time on how to respond in a helpful way but anything less subtle wouldn't make it through your projecting.
I was considered a child prodigy and plucked out of the normal educational system in the 2nd grade, my life since being dedicated to something that isn't even offered as a career choice through the educational system. One side effect of that was people telling me how f'g smart I was and me thinking that everyone else was stupid. I have since learned the only thing that was stupid was me thinking anyone or anything around me lacked the intelligence I was working with.

You didn't offer any justification for your view, which was very very tenuous to begin with. That's the bottom line.
The writings of Nostradamus or the Popul Vuh are 'different ways of looking at things' too but that doesn't mean I'm narrow-minded for throwing them out. That simply means I applied 'skepticism'.
It's true that "your mind is like a parachute; it only functions when it is open" but it's also true that "if you open your mind too wide, people will fill it with trash".
In short, I believe that using facts is the correct and balanced way of viewing things, and I'm not going to budge from it an inch.
