Western countries, yes, definitely. Only in the middle east is when the rules are not invented and corrupted by man but by Allah.

well, it can be argued that the age of consent wouldn't apply until the kid is born, in that aspect, before the age of 18 I suppose a person could not be considered to being able to consent to being killed I suppose, I don't know about assisted suicide, when it comes to underage though, so I can't say how is the issue there. :P
