Yes. I capitalize it out of respect for any religious people who may be reading it, regardless of my own views. I would capitalize Allah, Kali, Ganesh, Buddha, etc. as well.

not really. there's a ton of gods. it's like a cat or a chair. there's a ton of 'em.

i mean unless you're from the judeo-christian sect, a god's a god*. it's not like he's saying Yahweh or Allah which are proper names to address specific gods.


*i realize it's commonplace within those sects to just use god and capitalize it because that's the only god they got and, well, arrogance is a key trait of all good religions.
