Yes Kraftie Kortie! There should! WTF has happened to my country. We have about 48 million people who can legally vote in Britain.

David Cameron (Conservative) resigned in 2016 to be replaced by someone chosen by the Conservative party members (180K people)...Theresa May.

Theresa May (Conservative) resigned in 2019 to be replaced by someone chosen by the Conservative party members (180K people)...Boris Johnson.

Boris Johnson (Conservative) resigned in 2022 to be replaced by someone chosen by the Conservative party members (180K people)...Liz Truss.

Liz Truss (Conservative) resigned in 2022 to be replaced by someone chosen by the Conservative party Members of Parliament (360 people)...?

Sort of reminds me of a hypothetical situation where only Republicans would choose the president time and time again.

Would the King be able to intercede.....and to call for a general election?

Rishi Sunak next in, according to betting odds - and it seems likely to me: they'll just go for the next most stable one with some level of experience.

But I'm wondering if the lettuce would've been a better choice in the first place. :lol:

Let us not forget that Gordon Browne replaced Blair without being voted in… the Tories have just taken it to a new level. They have taken things so far from the original mandate they might as well vote in the number 10 cat.
