given a choice of the lesser of two evils between The Ooze and The Rump, I'd have to go with the latter.

Donald Trump is a racist, ego-maniac, liar and just all around jerk. I'm hoping one of his lies catches up to him, so he is forced to drop out of the presidential race before November.

It's going to be very unfortunate if he becomes president, it will show how racist people still are. I'm not a fan of politics and its very worrying that Trump has so much support. :( Most of politics is just people bashing each other and supporting their own agendas. Many many elected officials support their friends, rather than the actual people that voted them in. So many promises unkept, so many lies.. it makes me so frustrated.

While the reasons voters are angry are perfectly legitimate the Trump solution has me worried that we are going back to the 1960's view of bullying as a part of growing up, a part of life and if you can't hack it is your fault for bieng weak.

High School discourse when I went to school in the 1970's was way more mature then what we have seen in the last few days. Never has it been more embarrising to be an American then now and this is coming from a former "America love or leave it" person. While it is probably too late Rubio had no choice but to go in the gutter with Trump because that in what thier voters want now. Bush tried this but was unable to do it. Hillary will have no choice but to go in the gutter with Trump (not that she would have a problem with it anyways). The democrates have thier own SJW base to consider.

Anyone else here how Trump got David Duke's endorsement?
True, Trump had repudiated Duke and his support at a press conference, but it's also true that when asked about it during an interview, he said he wasn't going to dismiss Duke out of hand before he knew something about Duke and his group (as if there's anyone who hasn't heard of the king-'o-racists, David Duke). This is hardly the first time white supremacists have thrown their support behind that windbag's campaign, as they love his stand on keeping brown people from Mexico and Muslim countries out of America. So far, he hasn't condemned the robocalls racist fanatics have been putting out on his behalf.

OTOH, that might just drag out of the woodwork the remainder of the uncommitted racists and push him over the top

The on going theme here is, "But Trump he he's mean." Mean while there is little talk about Hilary ACTUALLY being a criminal that should be in prison. Proof Trump isn't raciest.

Trump has way more black and Hispanic supporters than you think.

Trump has never said anything raciest. But but but he mentioned Mexicans. Yes, he did when referring to illegal immigrants from Mexico. But but but, he's against refugees. Yes, he's against potential terrorists entering the country. Look at what happened in Paris and what is happening in Europe. Muslims can practically get away with rape in Europe and nothing will happen to them, because the police "don't want to discriminate."

We will have a better idea after tonight but I expect Trump to run away with the nomination and lose the election to Clinton with the anti Trump feeling leading to Democratic gains in Congress and elsewhere. Clinton may well be indicted after the election. The possible wildcard is a report by NBC news yesterday that the Republican establishment is talking about running a third party candidate such as Mitt Romney. I think it is too late for that, the signatures have to be in soon.

Regardless of who wins the forces that have been unleashed will not be contained. I expect election day to resemble third world countries with violence the polls and the losing side refusing to accept the results feeling it was a conspiracy. If the Democrats lose I do not expect them to accept it peacefully like in 2000.

As divided as we have been protesters at candidate rallies until now have been booed and josled a bit up until now, but at Trump rallies they are getting the s**t kicked out of them. It is hard to tell what a Trump presidency will look like but that in my view what a Trump presidency will be like or if he is elected is almost secondary to the forces unleashed by the Trump phenomenon. I have Mexican American family and have already heard reports from them of people bieng hassled by people yelling "Trump Trump". Decades of anti bullying efforts is in danger of bieng lost. I would be remiss if I did not note that the Trump phenomenon is not just about economic conditions and hating others but in part a reaction to some progressives imposing their will on what language you may use. If my prediction of a Democratic victory and especially if there is a republican schism the SJW bullies will be emboldened and those who are complaining now about them will look upon 2016 as the good old days.

As for Autistics I hope I am wrong but the the only difference who wins will is the type of hell that is ahead. If Trump wins while minorities will be the top target of bullies but the disabled will receive our share. After a progressive landslide Autistic individuality and difference will be viewed as a treasonous threat. A lot of progressives look at anybody not like them as dumb. How do you think they will look at Autistics? Remember Autism Speaks was founded and is headquartered in NYC and the Judge Rotenburg Center located in Massachusetts blue states. Of course since the country is split 50/50 so if there is a deadlock we get the worst of both worlds.

But only a tiny minority of Syrian refugees are potential ISIS terrorists. The idea that most Syrian refugees are able bodied young men is in fact not true - most either are families, or are single mothers and children, not to mention orphaned children. By that thinking, we should be keeping Irish immigrants out of the country, because some of them might be IRA terrorists who have attacked our British allies.
