My thoughts exactly. -.-;

A lot of people would consider pics of *any* surgery NSFW. Blood and gore is not something most people are comfortable spending time with, regardless of the purpose. Likewise, lots of meat-eaters don't like looking at pictures of animals in the slaughterhouse.

Good point but why do pro choice people dislike images of aborted fetuses if they support abortion it shouldn't offend them.

So do many insects.

Let me give you a little bit of info. There's a world of difference between cognitive and visceral reactions in people.

Why don't we see horrific images for the other side? Probably no need as people just let others get on with their lives and not see the need to have someone change their life the way THEY think it should be.

I guess they should make a movie about the horror's of a baby being born

You're anti-abortion, but then say it's ok if raped? By your comments, rape or not, that baby HAS to be born... An eternal reminder for the mother for the rest of her life - a mental scar, that can never truly heal.

Wow, you're asserting that Lecks knows more than the Joker, as the Joker obviously doesn't have half an idea what principles he's arguing from (giving that they lead to logical absurdities like Goldfish being people). Strictly speaking, that depends on the definition of a baby you're using. But, generally, "a baby" in the sense of a curious entity, capable of responding to it's environment, with a full host of quintessentially person characteristics, isn't what we think of when we think of a zygote.

What an absurd argument. Do you go out of your way to save every cell in your body because it's "human life" (cells are human life and many of them die) in the same way you'd actually go out of your way to prolong the life of a real person? Do you refrain from eating cattle because they have organs? I'm sorry, kiddo, but organs and being "human life" aren't a sufficient condition for being a person.



If a goldfish was flopping around, stuck (for some odd reason) in a woman's vagina, and the only way to get it out without causing an extreme amount of harm to the woman would be killing it, most people would kill the f*cking gold fish, yours truly included.

The problem, of course, is that you're asserting that possessing a heart beat makes something "sacred". Since insects have heartbeats, by your set of conditions it's not okay to kill them, even in situations whereby they are harmful to people.

Sperm or some cell inside you are "human life" but not people. So, too, is a zygote not a person.

It doesn't offend me they make sure the animal doesn't feel pain I am most certain a fetus does whet it is aborted.
