Darwinian Evolution falls by his own stated condition: if the fossil record didn't by now evidence endless transitional forms, HE SAID his theory would be utterly false. He would likely scream, "No, you fools!" at modern evolutionists if he were alive today.

Why assume the existence of entities that are not necessary to assume to produce the desired explanation?

Because no believable theory has shown how He wouldn't be necessary. "With enough patience, blocks of metal and other raw materials will form a wound and ticking watch" just doesn't persuade.
This my friend is called a straw man argument.
You do not believe in evolution simply because you belong to a faith tradition that forbids such belief.
This is okay, obviously your tradition is more valuable to you than the study of biology.
Pretending you discount it for "logical" reasons is a discredit to yourself and to that tradition.

Kind of forgot who knows who as far as the Lord is concerned!
The real Lord is Out There and you know nothing of It. All you know are stories told. The Lord within is your idea of the Real Lord (assuming It exists) and consists of your impressions, your fancies and your wishes.
Reality is Out There. Our ideas of Reality are In Here. The the two rarely meet.
Beware of confusing fact with fancy.

It's a good thing we have Your Holy Word, so that we can know the above truths that you reveal. Everything you say is stories, too, so what's the difference?
I believe that our universe was created as the evidence suggests, and is billions of years old. Life did start from "nothing", although I would say all the raw materials and energy around was hardly nothing.
I believe that a special place was defined on an already existing Earth, and Adam and Eve were created whole and adult in that specially prepared place.
I have no idea how long they were there; hours, days, months, perhaps years. At some point they sinned, and were cast out. They had children, and those children married evolved humans. Why? If something is wrong, it is always wrong. Incest was not OK for a while, oh but then you gotta stop. Their children married humans of whom a fossil ancestry can be traced back to Lucy (Australopithecus afarensis) and beyond.
Perhaps the "Eve" gene is carried by the woman, and Mary must have been a direct descendant of Eve, so that the womb that carried Jesus was not wholly a descendant of evolved DNA, but of divinely created DNA.
I know others share this thought too, I came to this on my own, not because I was told it or I read it. I put the found pieces together myself, and was careful not to shape them to my notions.

The Torah is a horrible source of science even worse in Hebrew without the Xtian glosses and "corrections".
Here is a little scripture question for you where in Torah does it say the Torah is true?
The extension is "is Biblical inerrancy a biblical doctrine?"

I have seen very compelling explaining of how complex long chain molecules could from a something like a cell wall, and how that wall structure could curve around to form a ball, based on a slight taper in the long chain molecules. Water surface tension plays heavily into the theory, as it is essential in lining up and orienting the molecules to form the initial wall structure.
But, as far as the Big Bang? A brilliant artist and mathematician, know as Yahweh. Why not Jehovah? I don't think played tag team with humanity, God deals with us, then passes us off to Jesus.
This is also why I believe Jesus died, He did kill millions, even billions, in the great flood, the destruction of cities and armies, but He did not do it in sin, even so He took the penalty, and was killed himself, so that our impression of justice was fulfilled, all may have life and have it abundantly.
I really don't think most people have put this last part about Jesus together, and I know many will not agree.

Well, if you want to call it a theory on life support, with the evidence mounting against it, I'll accept that. We don't need to prove something false to the nth degree in order to say it fails to meet the minimum standard for believability.
Could you give an example of evidence against evolution?
I've written extensively on the subject in many past PPR threads you can dig through if you want.
Otherwise, these videos deal with the whole problem of the modern theory of evolution at the roots -- as well as give specific scientific examples as you requested:

A Tour of the Calculus is really quite good but Dave is really out of with depth
and when talking about mathematical biology. I am not going to sit through 2 hours of hokum
but my religious tradition does not require me to do mental contortions on the issue of evolution.

thank God almighty the link is down I did not want to sit through 2 hours of quibble.
This is how I see it there are smart and earnest people that accept evolution and
smart and earnest folk that don't. I have found the ones that don't tend to belong to
religious traditions that require or encourage rejection of evolution.

All this is making me feel like re-watching my Lennox/Dawkins "God Delusion Debate" DVD...
Anyway, I remembered another one I had seen a while back:
Atkins/Lennox:

These are not intended to convince (I don't believe any amount of evidence could do that, no offense), but rather to answer the apparently-honest request for information against evolution.
So, there it is.

Oh. In that case, you just click the "watch on Youtube" text that pops up. I just tested that method and it works.

But if you give me daves proof in the form a Proof and not a youtube video I would
be very interested.

As you can see in an earlier post, I was posting these in response to Lecks' question. I never seriously believed you had any interest. I mean, when you write pretty much every post in a mockish tone, it's pretty obvious you're just here to snipe. And that's okay -- such people put the "dis" in "discussion forum". I only reply for the benefit of the silent observers and the clearly interested, even when I reply to a close-minded person's post.

No where.
The only place you find declarations of the truth of Torah are in Rabiniical comentary. Midrash.
In the T'hlim (Psalms) 14:1 it declares: The fool say in his heart there is no God. Of course! Anyone believing he can prove a positive absolute by negating a non-absolute statement is a fool.

Fossils are hard enough to find, as most carcasses tend to decay away, while very few are caught in the proper conditions allowing for fossilization. That, and that evolution works so slowly, you're very likely not going to find many surviving transitional forms. But there are some that have indeed survived, in which we have fossilized reptilian creatures with feathers, or closer to home, we have the remains of several archaic human ancestors, in which gradual change in our own species can be observed.
