Those were Romney's opinions. On the other hand you boy Obama has signed laws compromising our civil liberties and immunities. He has sign a law which could do away with habeas corpus. Romney spouted hot air. Obama has done foul deeds.

Habeas corpus was suspended by the Patriot Act. Obama extended that, very likely a compromise to get other things done in the Tea Party Congress, but he didn't author it, and it was first signed in by Bush. I doubt Romney would have repealed it. He only used that as a campaign ploy. I'm not saying Democrats don't use campaign ploys. They do! But I'm not letting Romney off the hook about his politics, in this thread, just because he's lost the election and can't do those things he would have done. It was pretty obvious which way he leaned on most issues, as was his complete lack of interest in environmental concerns, and in women's rights except to reel them back to where they were in 1960.
