In a tantrum of not getting their way they'll targeting low hanging fruit which happens to be the poor disabled people who rely on their safety net. He wants to claim that people on ssi are on there because they are unable to function normally, therefore they are not intelligent enough to operate or own guns, they are all potential mass shooters, and this will there fore stop mass shootings.
