Besides the cult 45 members that are going to vote trump no matter what, the main people to blame would be all of the apathetic ones that didn’t bother voting at all.. in which case of a trump positive outcome, not voting would essentially have been an additional vote for trump.
The people that need to be reached most are those who don’t bother voting at all. Even if they’re not super keen on voting For Biden, they need to be sold on voting Against trump. There are more than enough of them to make a massive difference in an election IF trump is a free man and on the ballot.
On the off chance he’s potus again it’s because Americans elected him, so, America and its citizens would deserve what they voted for - I get that.

Canada collectively deserves the bs we’ve gotten by Canadians re-electing justin trudeau, too. (I didn’t vote for him recently, but Canadians did so we deserve what we get for it.)
