Funny how so many greedy conservatives proclaim their membership in the club of Christ, yet manage to ignore the parts about selling all they have and giving it to the poor. Yeah I agree with that.

Although there are some christian organizations that do humanitarian work for needy people and children, like Africa, etc. although those organizations must be from different denominations, perhaps a few conservative christians as well?

Sure. There are plenty of good Christian groups that really are trying to implement the Sermon on the Mount and other teachings of Christ. Sincere kudos to them.

They are not the ones that are trying to use their religion as a tool to boost the Republican Party (or any party), as Ragtime/Coulter are interested in.

I know many "liberal christians": Baptists, Methodists, Lutherans, Presbyterians, Catholics, etc, any of these can claim to be Christians, perform miracles in Jesus' name (I have seen resurrection from the dead once when my dad died in the living room and my mom and a neighbor prayed over him. He is dead now, but he last died in the VA hospital in Dallas), they can be faithful to go to Church, give to the poor, all stuff nice and good, but it doesn't make someone a Christian.

That scripture just indicates that certain Christians wont make it, it doesn't say who. For all you know it could be you that doesn't make it because you decided who would go to Heaven and who wouldn't. I'm fairly sure you could find some piece of scripture in there that would support that idea couldn't you? Why not just take up that position instead?

Jesus son of Joseph was REJECTED by the Jews, and even he himself said he wasn't the Messiah. It was only his disciples and apostles that claimed he was, and thus it got written into the scriptures. You waffle on about your god being the answer, and that your faith being the one true faith, but you can't back up anything you say without solid proof. You would probably make a good politician, seeing as you go off half-cocked about your subject and people tend to think politicians are full of it anyway. He may have been a great wise MAN, but he was no son of a deity.

I think Jesus was a outstanding guy, but i also think that he being king of the jews and not even being acknowledged as their saviour says something. Every religion deserves their saviour; LET THEM HAVE IT!! !
