Read the statement yourself, he even says there is evidence of potential violations and that someone else that does the same thing could be prosecuted. Basically he said that they couldn't prosecute it. The Obama administration was never going to indict the Democratic nominee for president, it wouldn't matter if she shot somebody in the middle of street.
Maybe go to wikileaks read some of the emails
maybe the Russians will post the rest in October

Conservatives always predict imminent doom. When it doesn't happen, they say nothing about how they were wrong. They simply go to another unsettled topic and predict imminent doom again. Repeat.
