It would be funny if it wasn't so damn sad. Let's just say I'm not surprised.

Normal people are given no slack when they claim they did not know the law they broke. Of course Hillary is lawyer so intent was probably there even though no proof was supposedly found. "careless" and "reckless" were thrown around a lot yesterday. Not buying it. The Clinton's are very skilled in knowing exactly how far to go without landing in prison or destroying themselves politically. Me thinks the Clinton's have something on a Comley family member.

Good, we need it. It certainly beats having a mortgage size loan before even starting a career.

Seems like college is a waste of time and money for most people.

I think a lot of people come out dumber actually.

Yeah who needs an education and career training anyway?

If you're talking about for profit private colleges, than you have a good point. But when it comes to a basic 4 year college than no. There is plenty of room for improvement, sure, but it is still a very important thing.

The customer service clerk at my local grocery store told me he has a degree in Economics. He laughs at what an idiot he was to go to college.

I think this is very common.

As Bloomberg said, "Forget college, become a plumber".

I would think the average would be illuminating the median in that image, there a lot of college degrees that are worthless.

Take private for profit colleges out of the equation and the value of a college degree goes up dramatically.

everybody going to college is a bad idea, it's already too many people and too many worthless degree programs. Making it another high school would be a disaster. this idea that we have to push every kid in this country into college is disastrous imo. the value of a degree goes down every time someone else gets the same degree, think about it.

That's a straw man. No one has suggested that. First off there are a lot of low skill jobs that will always need to be done. Trade schools and apprenticeship programs should remain. But college should be easily available for anyone able and willing to go.

That's right. And I want my $13,000 that I'm spending right now back and I want to have my doctorate degree paid for too. I'll make sure that I work less so that I fall under the mark.

I haven't been keeping up lately with things. Does Trump have any plan for tuition reimbursement that you know of?

Well I don't think anyone has mentioned paying people for past expenses or paying up to the level of doctorate. But I'm with you, it shouldn't cost so much for you go to school. Let's try to make it better for the next generation of students.
